Important Notice

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for customized products or predesigned items. Only manufacturing or printing defects qualify for free replacement. Please review your design carefully before placing your order and check size charts to ensure proper fit.

1. No Returns Policy

Printanica operates on a no-return policy for all products. Since our products are made-to-order and customized to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for any reason except manufacturing or printing defects.

2. Customized Products

Customized products (products you have personalized with your own designs, images, or text) cannot be returned under any circumstances, except in the case of manufacturing or printing defects.

This includes:

  • Products with custom designs you created using our design tool
  • Products with uploaded images or graphics
  • Products with custom text or messages
  • Any product that has been personalized or customized in any way

⚠️ Important: If you are not satisfied with your customized product due to a manufacturing or printing defect, please follow our complaint process below.

3. Predesigned Products

Predesigned products (ready-made products without customization) also cannot be returned for any reason.

Predesigned products include:

  • Products with pre-made designs from our gallery
  • Standard products without any personalization
  • Stock items or inventory products

⚠️ Important: All sales of predesigned products are final. Please review product descriptions and images carefully before ordering.

4. Manufacturing or Printing Defects

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product with a manufacturing or printing defect, we will replace it free of charge.

Defects that qualify for replacement include:

  • Print quality issues (blurred, faded, or incorrect colors)
  • Manufacturing defects (holes, tears, stitching issues)
  • Wrong product received (different from what was ordered)
  • Significant damage during production (not shipping)
  • Material defects (fabric flaws, zipper malfunctions, etc.)

Note: Minor variations in color or small imperfections that do not significantly affect the product's appearance or function do not qualify as defects.

5. How to Report a Defect

If you believe your product has a manufacturing or printing defect, please contact us immediately.

  2. 2Include clear, detailed photos of the defect from multiple angles
  3. 3Provide a description of the issue and how it differs from what was ordered
  4. 4Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days
  5. 5If approved, we will send a replacement product free of charge

6. What Does NOT Qualify

The following reasons do NOT qualify for replacement or refund:

  • Change of mind or no longer need the product
  • Product doesn't fit as expected (please check size charts before ordering)
  • Color appears slightly different on screen vs. in person (due to monitor settings)
  • Design appears different than expected (please review your design before ordering)
  • Delivery delays (see our Shipping Policy)
  • Minor cosmetic variations within acceptable manufacturing tolerances
  • Customer error in design or order placement

7. Replacement Policy

If a manufacturing or printing defect is confirmed:

  • We will provide a replacement product free of charge
  • You may keep the defective product (no need to return it)
  • Replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • We will cover all shipping costs for the replacement
  • No monetary refunds will be issued

⚠️ Important: Bank charges for any refunds (if applicable in exceptional cases) are to be borne by the customer.
