All our products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with quality replacements when needed.

Overview
At Printanica, we do not offer returns on products since these are custom made. However, if you are not satisfied with the supplied product, please follow the steps below to log a complaint.

How to Log a Complaint

- 2Attach as many details as possible, including pictures and a clear description, so we can fully understand the issue

Resolution
- âIf the defect is agreed and accepted, you will receive a replacement product free of charge or another product of similar value
- âWe do not offer product returns. If your product is defective, you may destroy it
- âPlease review the FAQs on our website regarding print files and proofing
- âNo monetary refunds are issued to your bank account. (Bank charges are to be borne by the customer)

Shipping & Delivery
- âDelays in shipment due to customs or logistics are beyond our control, but we will do our best to expedite from our end
- âProvide a proper delivery address and correct contact numbers. Delivery will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be destroyed after 5 days at the destination
- âDuties, TAX, and VAT levied by the government are to be paid by the customer. Our shipping charges cover only the shipment to the address specified at the time of order
